The shipping charges that our site defaults to relates to UK mainland, (excluding Highlands and Islands).  Overseas locations such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Europe, etc will incur additional shipping charges once your order has been placed.

The fees are set out below and once you have made your initial payment you will be sent an electronic invoice for the additional fees.

Offshore (Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles)

The total shipping charges for one item regardless of weight is £25.99 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £25.99 fee.

Customs Charges and VAT

Some countries are subject to a £25 plus VAT customs charge.  This is outside of our control but will be added to your additional shipping invoice for payment.  In some instances such as Norway your personal identification number or VAT number may also be required.  However we will contact you for further information if required.

The £25 plus VAT shipping charge applies to the following countries:

• Bulgaria
• Iceland
• Liechtenstein
• Montenegro
• Norway
• Serbia
• Switzerland

Southern Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France

The total shipping charges for an order up to 10 kilos is £23.99 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £23.99 fee. Please note this is the standard two day service.

Denmark, Switzerland* and Austria

The total shipping charges for an order up to 10 kilos is £25.99 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £25.99 fee. Please note this is the standard three day service.

* For orders going to Switzerland there is also an additional £25 plus VAT customs charge charged by HMC.  This will be added on to your total additional shipping invoice.

Italy, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia

The total shipping charges for an order up to 10 kilos is £28.99 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £28.99 fee. Please note this is the standard three/four day service.

Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Hungary, Portugal and Slovenia

The total shipping charges for an order up to 10 kilos is £30.55 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £30.55 fee. Please note this is the standard four/five day service.

Norway*, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria*, Serbia*, Bosnia Herzegovina*, Montenegro*, Greece, Croatia and Iceland*

The shipping charges for an order up to 10 kilos is £55.99 therefore you will be invoiced for the difference between what you have paid and the £55.99 fee. Please note this is the standard four/six day service.

* For orders going to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, and Serbia there is also an additional £25 plus VAT customs charge charged by HMC.  This will be added on to your total additional shipping invoice.
